VAT / Customs / Duties

• Our prices do not include taxes like VAT, this may be charged at the border when your order arrives. Francie is not responsible for any customs or duties payments.
• Border charges that go unpaid will result in the shipment being returned to sender. Only a refund of the order, less return shipping costs, can be given in this case.
